[0001] Flush glazed device for an adjustable moving panel vehicle door, door and corresponding motor vehicle. FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE The field of the invention is that of motor vehicles. More specifically, the invention relates to vehicle doors, and in particular the equipment of bays formed in such doors. More specifically, the invention relates to vehicle doors equipped with at least one glazing panel movable substantially vertically, in particular to move from a closed position to an open position in which it penetrates fully or partially into a lower body box ( the movable panel can, of course, generally take a plurality of intermediate positions). Such a vehicle door can in particular be a side door, but the invention can also be applied, for example, to the swinging doors and / or sliding of a vehicle, including the rear doors, tailgates ...
[0002] The invention particularly relates to a glazed device, intended to be assembled to a body box to form a vehicle door, on which the glass surface is flush, that is to say that no frame appears from the 'outside. 2. Prior art Examples of such devices are described in particular in patent documents EP 1 422 091 and EP 1 612 072. According to this approach, a frame is provided, on the side facing the inside of the vehicle, carrying one or more (Typically two) rails, cooperating with pads integral with the movable glass panel, and fixed on the face thereof facing the vehicle interior. The frame can, if necessary, be truncated and be limited to amounts carrying the rails. This technique is interesting because it allows to design original designs, because of the removal of the conventional door frame, while maintaining effective guidance and maintenance of the movable panel. However, in certain cases, this precise and predetermined guidance, provided by the rails and the pads, can cause problems, for example, when assembling the glazed device to the body box, to form the door, or the assembly from the door to the vehicle, because of the relatively large tolerances that may exist, from one vehicle to another. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is in particular to overcome this drawback. More specifically, an object of the invention is to provide a glazed device for producing a vehicle door, which is simple to implement and assemble, for example, on a assembly line.
[0003] Another objective is to provide such a glazed device, which can be easily maintained or replaced, for example, following an accident. This invention, as well as others which will appear thereafter, is achieved by means of a glazed device intended to be assembled to a body box to form a motor vehicle door, comprising at least one movable glazing panel carrying, on its face facing the inside of the vehicle, at least two guide pads each mounted sliding relative to a guide rail. According to the invention, the position of at least one of said pads with respect to said movable glass panel is adjustable. Thus, it is possible to have a precise placement of the glazing panel, and therefore an effective operation and sealing, for each device and each door, despite the tolerances necessary for the manufacture and assembly of vehicles.
[0004] According to a particular embodiment, each of the adjustable position pads is mounted on a pad support cooperating with a pin integral with said movable glass panel. In this case, said pad support advantageously has a lumen through which said stud passes, the dimensions of said light being greater than the diameter of said stud, so as to allow a relative adjustment displacement of one with respect to the other, in at least the two directions defining the plane of said glazed panel in the vicinity of said stud. Said stud may in particular be mounted on a bridge secured to said mobile glass panel by gluing. According to a particular embodiment, said bolt carries a thread receiving a locking nut. In a particular embodiment, said stud is concealed by a packing gasket.
[0005] According to an optional aspect, the device may comprise burglar-proof means, when said movable glass panel is in a closed position, comprising at least one hook cooperating with at least one element for receiving said hook, a first of these elements being fixed by relative to a frame or an amount carrying the one or more guide rails and a second of these elements being integral with said movable glass panel. This prevents an ill-intentioned person can act on the upper part of the movable panel, to shift it outwardly, in particular to introduce a tool and attempt to open the door. According to a particular embodiment, said hook is formed in, or mounted on, said frame or said upright, and in that said receiving element is mounted on said movable glass panel. According to another particular embodiment, said hook is formed in, or mounted on, said frame or said upright, and in that said receiving element is mounted on a support of one of said pads.
[0006] According to another optional aspect, said rails can be configured to guide said mobile glass panel in a swaying and sliding movement, so as to slightly move said movable glass panel, during its displacement, a frame or an amount against which he is in support, in a closed position. In this case, at least one of said guide rails carries a ramp, ensuring said swaying. According to yet another optional aspect, at least one of said guide rails has a substantially circular section, the corresponding pad or pads also having a substantially circular section. This cylindrical shape can especially facilitate assembly and tolerate games. Other sections of the rails and pads respectively, for example rectangular or square, are also possible. According to another optional aspect, at least one of the rails carries a lower pad and an upper pad, and said lower pad is guided so that said movable pane is stressed against a stop, in the vicinity of its upper part, when in its closed position. Said abutment may in particular be integral with a frame, an amount or a sliding joint.
[0007] The invention also relates to motor vehicle doors, comprising a glazed device as described above, as well as motor vehicles comprising at least one glazed device. 5. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of the embodiments of the invention, given as simple illustrative and non-limiting examples and the appended drawings, among which: FIGS. 1A and 1B show an exemplary door according to the invention, the movable part being respectively in the closed position and in the open position; Figure 2 illustrates the glazed device of the door of Figures 1A and 1B; FIG. 3 shows an example of the means for adjusting the position of the movable glazing panel, according to the invention; Figure 4 is a sectional view AA of a portion of Figure 1A, also having its adjustment means; Figure 5 shows the same elements as Figure 4, equipped with a packing gasket; Figure 6 shows a first embodiment of the guide pads; FIGS. 7A and 7B illustrate a second embodiment of the guide means, in particular with a substantially circular section slider providing guidance in two directions, for the rear rail (FIG. 7A); FIG. 8 shows a first embodiment of anti-interference means; Figure 9 illustrates a second embodiment of burglar-proof means, the hook being provided by the integral element of the pad support; Figure 10 shows a sectional view of means ensuring that the glass is well plated, in the closed position, according to one embodiment. 6. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The invention therefore relates to a motor vehicle door, and in particular its glass part, which is flush, that is to say that no frame or frame member protrudes towards the outside of the vehicle, with respect to the plane of this glazed part.
[0008] As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the embodiment described hereinafter relates to a front side door. However, of course, the same approach can be implemented on other doors of a vehicle. This door conventionally comprises a lower portion 11, called a door box, forming the structure of this door. In the figures, the outer element of the bodywork is omitted, to reveal the interior of this box, which includes a 111 amount of reinforcement, and elements 112 for receiving and maintaining the glazed upper part. This comprises a movable portion 121 that can be moved from a closed position (FIG. 1A) to an open position (FIG. 1B). In the illustrated embodiment, it also comprises a fixed element 122, here corresponding to the forward-facing part of the vehicle. This glazed portion 12 may be made independently, as illustrated in Figure 2, and then assembled to the box 11, to form the door.
[0009] It comprises a frame 21, here formed by two uprights 211 and 212, each associated with a rail 22A, 22B, an element 213 along the curve of the upper part of the glass part, and a front element 214 associated with the fixed glass part 122. The frame can carry a seal. The movable panel 121 is driven in displacement by drive means 23, for example a rack mechanism, itself actuated by an electric motor 24. Other drive means, including manual drive means, can of course be implemented. In Figure 2, the glass portion is viewed from the outside. It is found that the frame 21 (including the amounts 211 and 212) extends under the movable panel 121, that is to say towards the interior of the vehicle. Guide pads are fixed on the face of the movable panel 121 facing the interior of the vehicle, to cooperate with the rails 22A, 22B. Although, in practice, they are generally not visible from the outside (the corresponding area being silkscreened), their positions have been shown in FIG. In this embodiment, two pads 25 and 26 are provided to cooperate with the rail 22A facing rearward, and a single pad 27 is provided to cooperate with the rail oriented forward 22B. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, which are sectional views AA at the level of the pad 25 (see FIG. 2), the invention provides that the position of the pad with respect to the movable panel can be adjusted precisely. . For this, the movable panel 121 carries, at each pad, a bridge 31 stud 32 secured by gluing 33 to the inwardly facing surface of the vehicle of the glazing panel 121. The pad 34 is mounted on a skate support 35, here via an axis 36 allowing the pad to be angularly movable, in particular to follow the swaying movement described later. The pad support 35 comprises a plate 351 extending parallel to the movable panel 121 and having a slot 352 intended to cooperate with the pin 32. This slot 352 has a surface substantially greater than the diameter of the pin 32, which allows the position of the latter with respect to the light can be adapted, and that consequently the position of the shoe 34 with respect to the glazing panel 121 can be adjusted. This setting is particularly easy, and can be made accurately. Once this adjustment is made, the position of the stud with respect to the light is blocked. To do this, the stud 32 carries a thread, and can receive a nut 37.
[0010] As shown in FIG. 5, the locking or unlocking of this nut 37 can be effected easily, with the aid of a suitable tool slid under the frame 51 (arrow 52), before the packing seal 53 be put in place. A new adjustment can be made later, if necessary, by removing the packing gasket 53. As previously indicated, the frame 51 carries a rail 54. It also receives a seal 55, as well as a trim element 56 s extending in the plane of the movable panel 121 when in the closed position. According to a first embodiment, illustrated in FIG. 6, the three pads 61 (rear shoe) and 62 (front shoe) are similar, and for example, as illustrated in FIG.
[0011] The rails 22B and 22A provide the dual function of translational guidance and swaying. This sway, which is not imperative in all embodiments, makes it possible to slightly shift the movable panel outwards, before it is moved in translation, so as to disengage the joints, to facilitate movement and limit the deterioration of these. The rear pads 61 and 62 forward push in opposite directions (arrows 63 and 64), close to an axis X (corresponding to the length of the vehicle). They also provide guidance in the Y direction (vehicle width), for swaying. FIGS. 7A and 7B show an alternative embodiment of the pads.
[0012] The front shoe 72 (Figure 7B) and its operation are similar to the shoe 62 already described in connection with Figure 6. In contrast, the rear shoes 71 have, according to this embodiment, a substantially cylindrical section. The rail 22B has a substantially cylindrical complementary shape. Thus, while the front pad 72 provides a strict Y-guide, the rear pads 71 guide the window in X and Y, the respective sections of the pad and the rail for rotating the movable panel about the Z axis. In this case, the skids have a substantially cylindrical shape, and the rail 22B has a substantially cylindrical complementary shape, the movable portion 121 can, if necessary, slightly move, and thus integrate a non-perfectly cylindrical door shape. Other sections can of course be used without departing from the scope of the invention. These sections may be arbitrary, for example square or rectangular. In any case, they allow adjustment in at least two directions, in X and Y.
[0013] According to an optional aspect of the invention, burglar or lock means are provided to prevent the movable glazing panel from being shifted outwardly by an ill-intentioned person when in the closed position. For this, there is provided a bolt, more generally a housing, integral with the movable part, and which engages with a bolt, or a hook, secured to the frame, and, for example, formed directly therein.
[0014] According to a first embodiment, illustrated in FIG. 8, the housing 81 is carried directly by the movable panel 121. The frame 82 carries an extension 821, forming a hook, and coming into engagement with the housing 811 defined by the lock 81. The hook and / or the housing may be, depending on the implementation, partially or totally concealed by the slide joint 83. According to a variant illustrated in FIG. 9, the hook 821 cooperates with a locking housing 91 formed in the support shoe 35, and not directly mounted on the movable panel. Finally, according to another optional aspect, means are provided for stressing the movable panel in its closed position. Indeed, because the movable panel is not maintained in the upper part, it may tend to move away from its theoretical position. Generally, to combat this phenomenon, the actual window is more curved than the theoretical window, to compensate for this effect. According to this optional aspect of the invention, illustrated in FIG. 10, the lower shoe 101 is acted on so that its position in the rail 102 is slightly offset towards the outside of the vehicle (axis 103), with respect to the theoretical position (axis 104). The upper shoe 105 is, in turn, guided by the rail portion 106 according to its theoretical position. Its axis 107 thus forms an axis of rotation for the movable panel. Due to the offset between the axes 104 and 103, a force 108 is applied to the bottom of the movable panel 121 towards the outside of the vehicle. The movable panel thus tilts very slightly around the axis 107 of the upper pad 105, which ensures that the upper part of the movable panel 121 is pressed (arrow 109) against a stop 110 integral with the frame 82. The stop 110 can in particular be integral with frame, jamb or slide joint. Thus, the movable panel 121 is stressed against this stop 110, and thus retains its theoretical position.
